get rid of double chin? and fat in general. lol

What are some good exercises and diets to get rid of my double chin??? As well as the rest of my body fat...? Any advice? Tips? Thanks!!!!

The chin one is easy put your head backhand push out your jaw I guess you would say and hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds repeat. Works for me. I do it in the bathroom when I'm getting ready every day   The rest is easier said than done and sticking to it.  High protein. High healthy fats. Low salt and sugar and carbs. And exercise. Cut the crap foods out that taste so good. Chips soda cookies all the things we love. Lol.
