constipation is killing me!!!
I am so constipated it's unreal. Nothing seems to be budging it and I'm in a lot of pain and feel so uncomfortable which is making me feel so down that I don't want to leave my house! Anyone else had it bad? If so some tips on helping budge it? I've been using lactulose but it still isn't moving. It's driving me insane.
