hands falling asleep?

Have any of you ladies had your hands fall asleep while pregnant?

My started at just at night and they hurt!! So bad the tingling asleep feeling was so painful now it's happning durning the day as well. What is this??

Carpal tunnel. Gets worse when pregnant. You can get the wrist braces to keep your wrist straight, but I've just got in habit of making sure my wrists aren't bent while I sleep. It hurts so bad sometimes but just something we have to go through.

It's been happening to me. My midwife said that it is due to your carpal tunnel - even though your blood volume is up, the carpaltunnel  doesn't get bigger and can kind of serve as a choke point.

Could be a sign of low blood pressure, I'd consult your doctor ASAP

I keep experiencing this too but I know I sleep with one arm under my pillow...
