Induction Monday

This is my 2nd time around but went into labor at 36 weeks with my first. I'm going to be induced Monday and I really don't have a clue what to expect. I want to have my family there as soon as we get finished with our first feed, but I would hate it if they took off work Monday and we don't even deliver until that night, or worse, the next day!

I also don't really know what options we have. I know there is a vaginal pill they give and the pitocin (SP?). I would love to hear your experiences!!
