Back when I was in a relationship, my partner contracted genital warts. Considering the transfer rate, there was an extremely high possibility that either he had given it to me while we were intimate or I had given it to him. However, despite me asking multiple times to be tested, my ONGYN refused to administer the test. I'm currently single and I want to know if I am still carrying the virus, so I can be aware of extra precautions I might need to take should I become sexually active again. Should I ask my OBGYN to test me AGAIN, or is there somewhere else I could go?
