My baby is 8 days old, she'll sleep for about 2 hours straight in her pack n play during the day with no issues but at night, she will eat and fall asleep so I'll go to put her in the pack n play and within in 5 minutes she'll be up again, looking to eat. By 5am, I get frustrated where I end up just having her sleep with us which I hate and she will sleep for 3-4 hours. Why is that? I even move her pack n play closer at night. I'm now training her on what her days and nights are, hopefully that will help.
