my birth story

So anyways induced at 38wks & 1 day ! Had it planned from my doc due to her lack of growth ! Came in 6:30am & didn't get things started til 9:15am ! Just gave me fluids & The midwife inserted a pill (cytocen) in my cervix around 11am .. baby's head was already pretty low .. and I was already 3cms for almost 3wks ! Than 12pm came & the midwife left & my doc came in ..checked me around 1:30-2pm & my cervix softened 100% & dilated to a 4! The doc broke my water than things got a little rocky ! Started really feeling contractions and they were hurting Soo bad I bailed out on not havin an epidural & called for it ASAP ! The anesthesiologist came and gave it to me & I relaxed legs were super numb ! Than around 4-5 doc checked and I was dilated to a 6! She said she wasn't coming back until 7:30 ish ! Wasn't feelin a thing .. than 7 came and I felt pressure in my butt ! Called for the nurse and she came in with the doc while she was changin shifts and introducing me to the night shift nurse opened my legs and head was at a 5! Dilated all the way to 10 & it was time to push ! I took a deep breath and pushed 1 time deep breath & pushed again and out slipped my daughters head ! That fast !! 💕 I was so happy ! She came out 5lbs 1oz 18 1/2 inches long ! I named her Amia Jade a Michel and I'm only showing this app a photo , no fb no Instagram .. only us woman ❤️ because havin a baby is special and we're all special ! Meet my Love 💕❤️
