boob tenderness

Hi, I was wondering if all girls have tender boobs a week before their period? Mine are super tender and I have not big but big breasts for a tiny person. Is it also because I am tiny? I just don't like the feeling of swollen/tender boobs. I was working and I was trying to open something today and I totally jammed my hand right into my boob 😣.  Are there pills? Is there something I can do to make it better? Workout more? (Working out with tender boobs also hurts a tab bit)
