Miscarriage

To start off I have had 3 losses since having my daughter. 1 I confirmed with blood test and lost like a period around 4 weeks, 2nd was about 5-6 weeks and I lost a complete obvious fetus in sac, 3rd I had a dnc due to blighted ovum. After the last one I quit getting a period so we induced with metyprogesterone and I then started clomid. 1st cycle I got positive pregnancy test but blood came back negative and I got a normal period at cycle day 35. 2nd cycle I had 3 positive test with same brand so I got a different brand and all came back negative. Going on day 45 of my cycle still not period so Dr advised me to start taking metyprogesterone again. Within 3 days of taking it I was having severe cramping, labor like cramping just like I did with 2 of my losses. Now today I took my last pill and I also started bleeding. A few hours ago I passed this clot roughly 4 inches and it looks just like my 2nd loss but without the sac and fetus. I can easily stretch everything apart like a placenta and there is an obvious looking umbilical cord. Is there any possibility it just clotting and not a nothing miscarriage. I'm so upset I just wanna give up. I told my husband I had a terrible feeling about taking this medication this time around but Dr felt comfortable not doing blood work since I had a negative urine test 2 days prior to starting.
