Yay! Congrat!!
Definitely get on a prenatal pill asap and your doctor ASAP. I know a girl who waited too long to go to her doctor and she ended up having a miscarriage. Not saying that the doctor could have prevented it, but I had a miscarriage before because of my progesterone levels being too low and if you go asap then they will be able to help you asap to help get your levels to where they need to be to make sure you have a healthy little baby :)

Yes, def go see your doctor and go from there!! How many dpo were you when you tested? Did you test after missed period? My period is in 2 days and all the early symptoms are there just waiting til I miss AF before I test. Congrats again!
