Scary symptoms

Not sure what's going on so I thought I'd ask you guys. I'm 19w2d. Last night while sitting on the couch I got incredibly hot. Not a little glisten, I was dripping with sweat. Eveything felt like it was closing in on me. My vision became tunneled and hearing was the same. I passed out briefly. When I came to I began heaving uncontrollably. This happened twice in about 90 min. Bp was fine when I checked. Dr says come in right now but I am work and currently feel fine? Thoughts or experiences?
