Hey ladies, recently I decided to take on the daunting task of starting and operating a business, and boy is it intimidating! I've thought on it for a long while and I'm finally ready. I know resources exist for women entrepreneurs, minority businesses owners, and minority women entrepreneurs, I'm looking into those as well. Have any of you ladies started/co-founded a business? What was the most difficult thing for you? If you could go back and do something differently during the startup what would it be? Are there any ladies currently trying to or starting about building their own company? Have you taken any steps to get started?
