Look into reuseable mentsrual products! They are much safer and better for the earth! Menstrual cups can be worn for 12 hours and i can never feel my menstrual cup

Absolutely not. There's cases of death from tss due to prolonged periods of that. Not supposed to be over 6 hours but I change mine at least every two

My Ob-Gyn said it is fine if you put one in right before bed and take it out once you wake up.

My mothers had to treat people who've gotten TSS from doing that, it's not pretty. It's rare but not worth the risk.

They changed the material that tanpons are made from so TSS is EXTREMELY rare. Just make sure you're using the minimum absorbency necessary (don't use a super one if you have a light flow that day)

I do. Have for years. I've recently tried to wear a pad to bed bc I keep hearing that wearing a tampon for long periods of time is unhealthy, but I can't stand feeling like I'm wearing a diaper. I have gone back to my tampons at night. I'm more comfortable and sleep more soundly, plus I don't have to worry about leaking up my butt crack 😣 lol

If it's your only option then yes, you can. But it's not the best idea. Keeping a tampon in longer than 6 hours at a time increases your chances of TSS. Plus idk about you but during the first half of my period there's no way I could go all night without bleeding through a tampon and I ain't getting up just to change it. Use a pad or menstral cup, much healthier
