I don't care what anyone thinks. My husband and I dress up with our children and we have a blast. I always have dressed up and always will.

I love Halloween. I always go all out for my family's costumes planning them months in advance and then making them by hand. This year it's my LO's first Halloween. So we are Batman, robin and the joker. We have so much planned from baby's first Halloween celebrations at babies r us, to the ragamuffin parade, trunk or treat and trick or treating on Monday. We are also carving a pumpkin with his hands and feet to celebrate him turning 6 months on the 29th.

This year, I'm going to a costume wedding and I'm literally dreading it. I am not personally interested in drinking holidays (Halloween being one, cinco de mayo, saint patricks day). I think kids look adorable in costumes, but i think adults look ridiculous unless real money and effort were put in. Even then, I'm still not in to it. I hate dressing up. Not having a baby again this year, it makes me want to hide from all of the adorable children instead of dress up and go out. I think Halloween is stupid, and I'd prefer to leave dress up for the children.
