Have you used hypnobabies?

Just wondering if anyone has used hypnobabies and if so what did you think about it. :) thanks ladies!

My mother n law is a Hypnobirthing instructor and Doula. This my first time and our first baby, but what I have heard, seen and experienced so far I love. Honestly it's the best decision I have ever made. You have to be fully mentally prepared though or you won't have a great experience. Because we have been preparing for six months I'm not anxious scared or uncertain about my upcoming birth. I'm confident, excited for the surges, and just enjoying my third trimester :) only 4 weeks to go!

My friend used this before and throughout labor and it worked so well for her she was able to give birth vaginally without an epidural!
