Help!!

I'm 16 weeks the baby has always been on the right side of my uterus. That's where they found the heart beat that's where I feel flutters last night I was sitting in the passenger seat of my car with my legs kinda toward my chest (I never sit with my feet down its always drove me crazy) but when I stood up straight out of the car it hurt a little where the baby was like I has pressure and something and felt as if something was sticking out of me even though it wasn't. When I went to bed I tossed and turned because it feels like the baby is just laying on my ovaries. Does anyone know what this? Or when this baby is gonna move up toward my belly and out of my pubic bone
