please answer!😩

My fertile window starts on the 17th and on the 9th possible precum came in contact with my vulva/vaginal opening but no actual penetration. I was on my period. Could precum live in me for that long and survive until I ovulate? The 17th is the start of my fertile window not when I actually ovulate according to Glow.
