I completely agree! I'll educate my children this way! I'll teach them not to be disgusted by periods and to understand women's bodies! But not only, I also want them to teach them about men's bodies. I feel like it's so important. There would be less bullying and shaming! 
By the way, my boyfriend always carries a few pads so whenever I need one, he's there for me. Haha.
