# of miscarriages before live birth??

Question

Just had second miscarriage with my hubby, first 7 years ago before we were trying. Now 3rd month trying had another... I have positive ANA so getting testing to see if my immune system keeps attacking the embryo. How many did you go through and did doctors find a problem they could fix?? I'll be so terrified next time I get prego. Also how long did you wait before trying again?

I had 4 miscarriages before we had our little girl! Drs seem to not find anything wrong, we even went to high risk and said there was nothing genetic that should cause our miscarriages and said all blood work came back fine. My dr said that sometimes it just happens without reasoning! So we left it in Gods hands! When we were Ment to have a child, he would provide!!! Not long after we were pregnant again . I did take progesterone suppositories for the first 12 weeks with her and she is such a healthy happy 17 month old now! Before her I miscarried in the spring and got pregnant with her in the fall. We weren't really trying(bc I was too scared to have another miscarriage) and she was definitely our miracle baby! We waited until she was almost one and started trying for baby #2 and I miscarried this past March! And we tried again right after I had my period after that and found out we were pregnant in June and almost 23 weeks with our baby boy!!
