miscarriage or implantation bleeding? HELP PLEASE

So my husband and I have been ttc but no luck. We've had two miscarriages before when I didn't know we pregnant. Yesterday I went to the bathroom and there was medium flow blood with clots. It only lasted half the day. I slept with a pad just incase there was more blood but I woke up this morning and there was nothing at all. Could this be a sign of implantation or could it have been a early miscarriage? Any advice helps. Thank you in advance
