Time to start sleeping on your side!

I knew that eventually I would have to make sure I'm not sleeping on my back (I kind of sleep in all positions usually). But I didn't realize that the time to switch to my side is already here! Apparently starting at 16 weeks, it's best to avoid lying on your back for too long because the baby can press on important blood vessels that lead from your lower body to your heart. And the best side to sleep on is your left because it helps blood enter the placenta efficiently.
Just wanted to give everyone else in the March '17 group a heads up too!
