sensitive post please help

So I had a c-section with my first pregnancy back in 2012. I fell pregnant back in January after being spiked and assaulted which I don't want to go into, anyway I decided to terminate the pregnancy. I've been with my current partner since just afterwards, he's taken on my little boy and my with all my depression too. We've been ttc now since may and nothing's happened. I was just wondering if the termination could stop me from having a future pregnancy or if it's likely to have made me infertile, or if I'm just over reading things and my body needs time to adjust again? Any advice would be appreciated and please don't judge
