Kegelmaster ?

Has anyone tried the Kegelmaster? I want to get one but am a little leary since it's expensive. Did it work for you?

You do NOT need to buy anything to do Kegal exercises. It is a huge waist of money. Just do the exercises. Lay flat on your back and tighten your pelvic floor then pull up ward slowly and evenly. If you can do this easily then you can do it  easily sitting  up. Doing them few a few minutes several times a day is very healthy. While driving to and from work and even at your desk while working. The important thing is getting both sides to move together. Lots of woman raise one side more quickly or "stutter" upward
