heartbeat at 6 weeks but feel feverish

Wondering if it's normal , feverish hot to cold etc , strong nausea , dizzy and need too sleep loads hours a day , loss of interest in food only been this bad all of a sudden normal pregnancy symptoms I was having have all stopped worried and suffer anxiety anyways so really wondering if any other expecting mummies know anything as its the weekend so can't see a doctor , thanks 😬❤️
