Symptoms?!

My husband and I have been ttc for 4 months so far and af isn't due until 1/8

With my first I knew the day after I did the thing you do to make babies....which was only 2 days after af ended because I could not stay awake...i was practically falling asleep in my food and having to go back to my hotel to sleep ever day (honeymoon) when typically I am such a hyper person.

Well the past few days I've experienced:

-mild breast tenderness

-mild cramping in my right side

-very gassy

-mild back pain

I'm passed ovulation

Do we think these could be early symptoms?!

My fingers are crossed I definitely am so eager to give my son a sibling
