8 dpo too early to test?

I just tested and it was negative. I feel so incredibly disappointed. I'm 8 dpo. It seems like most get a faint line if they are pregnant. Has that been the case for most? I'm trying to still have hope

8dpo, a TRUE 8dpo (when a woman is SURE it's days past ovulation is), in my opinion, too early to see a line.  9dpo is when you can MAYBE start to see a squinter.   10-11dpo, probably will see a squinter.   12-13dpo should  be a line.  If nothing by 14dpo, it's probably not happening that cycle.

Here's the deal. You're way too early. I had tested at 12dpo and it was BFN I sobbed and thought o was done. Retested at 14dpo and had a faint line. Had a good, strong line at 16dpo. I knew ovulation exactly as I was doing assisted fertility stuff.  Now I'm 14 weeks.

I know it's hard not to test but it's best to wait so you don't get disappointed prematurely.

You can implant between 6-12dpo. It's rare to implant on the earlier side, actually. 8dpo is really early. Even if you implanted on day 6, it still could be too easy to test!
