Upcoming Dr's appt

Ok, so I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst about 5 months ago. The dr wanted to do surgery, as I didn't want to do surgery I switched Dr's. They were talking about having me do a vaginal ultrasound and having a Pap smear. I've never had either done and just about 4 months ago I had my first ultrasound and ct scan. It's my personal space and I don't like random people looking or attempting to touch that. I didn't trust my previous dr so I switched Dr's. I know I'm supposed to be able to trust a dr but I've been kicked out of an office and be almost forced to do something I don't want to do, so how to I tell a dr no on a pap and ultrasound until I'm ready and comfortable? How do I voice my opinion and thought on wanting to treat it naturally with out surgery?
