I hate you eczema!

Any other mommas struggling with eczema on their babies?! My son has a spot on his cheek and I can't seem to figure out why he has it ... Been treating it for months and it's still there, he has constant flare ups and scratches his face 😕 makes me so sad!! Idk what I'm doing wrong, tried oatmeal baths, antibiotic, taking foods away, clear & free everything around the house, and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Anyone else going through something similar?!
