Does anyone else have this problem??

This has happened a few times. I don't think it's anything to worry about and I don't want to have go to the doctor if I don't need to.

Okay. So what is going on is that after particularly rough sex with the SO or rough masturbation, a sore lump appears to the right of my clit. It's not painful unless touching the area it has appeared and the surrounding area.

Does anyone else have this happen or know what it could be? I have been tested for STDS since I have started dating and being intimate with my boyfriend.
