What is this?!

i was sitting in my bed watching some greys anatomy and got up to go to the bathroom. while washing my hands i noticed something crawiling in my hair, i freaked out and grabbed it and threw it on my towel. I went to grab my ollio clip (a macro camera for my iphone) and i took this picture
