??? HELP ???

So I just got out of the shower and while I was shaving down there I noticed some sensetivity. Upon further inspection I found a sort of lump? On my outter labia up nearish the clit there's a lump/ball. You really can't tell from just looking at it and when I pinched around it it really does seem like there's just this small hard ball... I'm pretty worried so if anyone could give me any insite as to what this is I would be SO grateful. Pls help 😬 lol
