Help! 2nd pregnancy, did I wet the bed or what!?

So I'm 4 weeks today the 16th. I took a test 2 days ago and today and both said pregnant. I have alot of the symptoms.

I was laying in bed on my left side and felt my thigh was wet. My parties had a smallish area that was wet near my butt not my crotch area. My bed has a wet spot about 3x what was on my panties. I smelled to see it was urine and it's smells super sweet.

Now 10 days ago I had spotting once at night, same the next night and the 2rd morning I had spotting in the morning. And the again the 15th.

This nothing like my first. What's going on!?
