Not sure how to ask this, but out of curiosity, is it ok to have sex when you have you period?

It is absolutely fine to have sex while on your period. There are no health issues or infections to worry about, it's just a matter of personal choice and level of comfort. I have the word of doctors on this.

Yes is it:) I would highly recommend it. The feel of the natural 'lube' is delightfully different. I'm more sensitive during my time of the month, not sure if everyone is, but it definitely intensifies the feelings. If you're not comfortable doing this with your partner yet & worried about getting him messy, keep some natural baby wipes on the bed & help him with a quick clean up

Oh yeah espicaly if you and your partner is comfortable it can be kinda of exciting and dose wonders for cramps but I would wait for a light day
