Sadness????

Well I was excited to be pregnant but I had a miscarriage(in the process of finishing it) I know they say it's nothing I did but I can't help but feel that way. My emotions are all over the place!! And honestly it doesn't even seem like it's bothering my SO at all and it hurts. I feel like I can't even talk to him about it

Hi Alexus. I'm going through a loss right now too - such dark days.  My husband is also dealing with it differently than me.  I know he is sad but since I have fallen apart, he perhaps is playing the strong one.  Someone has to keep it moving.

Your hormones are still acting up from the pregnancy, i know it feels like your life is ending and you are in over your head, those are all valid feelings but you have to remember to not let it kill you inside. It hurts. God knows it hurts and your heart hurts. But once your hormobes calm down youll be able to easier take in the situation. Our bodies are hardwired  to want and have a pregnancy so we go into a sort of survival mode during to ensure it. When it doesnt work out it feels like weve failed because of the state our body is in.

It's hard but you will get through it... I know it's cliche but it's true - time heals all wounds. I had a mc at 7 wks last year and I was crushed but it's very common... Good luck to you in the future!

I'm so sorry. My husband also never really found the right words that I needed to hear, but a close girlfriend of mine did. I also wish my husband could have understood what I was going through better, but oh well. Do you have a close friend you can stuff your face with junk food and cry it out with?

I'm so sorry for your loss. My husband and I had a mc October 25, and it will still get to me. The first week it was day of crying then a day of just anger then sadness. My husband is not very emotional so he tried to just be there. It took home a few days to even really talk about it. I'm sure your husband is grieving just probably at a loss for what to say or even try to grasp what happened. Praying for you

I had one in '08. I felt like I did something wrong and didn't want to talk about it. Give it time. Years later now I know it just happened and there was nothing I could do. Try to explain to your husband what you're feeling when you're ready. I'm sure he's at a loss on how to help you right now. Just get hugs and give it time.

Men just grieve in their own ways..they usually dont like us to see them emotional or breaking down...give it time..but most defiantly talk to him and not hold it in.He will come around. If hes a good man he will be ur rock thru this (:

I was pregnant In October of this year I was almost 11 weeks and I found out I was expecting twins but they were growing in my tubes and my tube was fixing to rupture so I had to have emergency surgery to take them out I was so heartbroken we had been trying to get pregnant for 4 years and I know it wasn't my fault but still to this day I wish there was something I could have done or wish I knew why this happen but only God knows so don't blame your self I am sorry for you loss I hope thing get better for you??

Men seem to get "mad" or "frustrated " when we are upset and they can't fix it. It's probably just as sad as you but instead of mourning he's trying to find away to fix it.
