feeling super guilty about what i ate today ðŸ˜
So this morning I had a protein puck which is a bunch of oats and nuts and protein packed into a little flat circle, so basically a round protein bar. Then I went to Starbucks and I wanted a nonfat green tea latte but for whatever reason they were out of matcha and I had already paid for a drink so I said I'd take a nonfat chai latte with a shot of espresso. I drank about half of it and threw it away because they put so much syrup in it and I knew it wasn't good for me. Now I'm eating some vegetable soup but my stomach doesn't feel well I think from the drink and I'm feeling so guilty for drinking it 😩😩 advice pls
