Tested this morning

And got this. I am holding my pee for 4 hours to retest. I had my blood taken last week Friday to see if there were any traces of the hcg hormone in my blood. My doctor said it was level 1, and that it was only a 95% negative pregnancy blood test. Is this negative or positive? I'm not sure what to believe anymore. Thank you for taking your time to look.
