Did you ACTUALLY use a changing table?

My MIL thinks it is absolutely necessary to have a changing table but I 100% don't want one. Our baby's room is pretty small and it would just be something to take up space. And honestly- we won't take her in her room to change her every time we need to. We are clean- we can just change her where ever we are in the house, right? We will have a changing mat as well as a portable "diaper change station."

I'm just trying to see what others think/do?
