Brown discharge week after period...?

My period ended about a week ago . But for the past couple days I've experienced brown discharge . I've had this before a day or two after my period had stopped but usually only lasted a couple days at most . And this was right after my period had ended . So I know , obviously it could be old blood working its way out . And was only there when I'd wipe . This time though, it's more of a discharge and it's quite a bit . And it's not just when I wipe . What could this mean?!
