first tri sciatica?

Hey Mama's! I'm 5w5d with my first and having the worst sciatic pain! It burns & is terribly uncomfortable. Has anyone else had sciatic/low back pain this early on & if so, what did you do to help relieve the pain? Tylenol sucks because it doesn't work for me & I'm an LPN so I'm constantly up & down all day & running back & forth.

Totally had the same problem early on in my pregnancy. My husband and I own a company that constantly has us on the go. My doctor showed me a few stretches to help, and I also found that a warmth bath always helps!

I know this post is old but I'm 5wks and having bad sciatic pain in my back and upper butt cheeks (haha) but it really hurts. Any tips? I've been using a heating pad and tried some stretches but it didn't seem to help.

I am around 5 weeks as well -and I didn't sleep at ALL last night bc of my lower back pain! I am also hoping this is normal...I'm reading too many posts that freak me out!
