any ways to prevent period from coming?

Hello my friends, have you got any suggestions on how to stop my period from coming? I'm going on holidays at the start of November and my period will be due , I don't want to spend all the days in bed and not at the beach :( plz help!

Birth control can stop your period you would get off of it for your period but if you don't it will stop it

If your in the pill, just continue taking them instead of stopping for your period. My dr said it was perfectly safe since a pill period is chemically induced and not a real period anyway. I used to go up to 6 months without a period at a time.

No theres nothing you can do just wear tampons and have fun dont let your period stop you from enjoying life
