Anyone experience this ?

Question

So according to the many pregnancy test I've taken they've been faintly positive . Today I was so sure AF was coming because of cramps that lasted about 20 mins , eventually they went away I ran to the bath room only to find a ton of cm . I go to the doctor thursday so I'll find out weather or not I'm really pregnant or not then . Anyone else go through this ??

Yes! I got my BFP a few weeks ago, and I was having (and still am) cramping that felt like AF was coming. I kept running to the bathroom as things would feel wet down there, but it was just CM. I'd not experienced that much CM after ovulation before. I hope it's as good of a sign for you as it was for me! :)
