Birth control... What should I do?!?!?!

I'm 18 and my husband is 20. He and I got a little under the influence last night and had unprotected sex. I'm supposed to get birth control this Friday. Will it be okay to get it or should I wait?

I told my doctor the same thing when I went to get mine. She told me to wait a few weeks, take a test to make sure it's negative and then it good to start it.

You should tell your doctor. If there's a chance you could be pregnant you should wait at least 2-3 weeks to test to be sure before starting BC.
