HELP! - Shaving issues

Everytime i shave, by the next day the front of my coochie is COVERED in spots and lumps that are irratating and itchy. I take my time and use warm water and i use gentle lotions to sooth it but NOTHING WORKS. How can i keep the front looking clean without so many razor bumps?!!!???!! I cant wax so please dont say that. Thank you
