Talk to your doctor about it! I've had the same problems and it could be anything from stress, hormones to your birth control. Birth control was the reason behind mine but you should ask a professional or if you're not using birth control maybe you could look into it because it's supposed to help regulate for things like this not to happen! I hope you figure it out !!
