Im 13 weeks pp and still no period 😣

This can't be happening I'm 13 week pp from having a beautiful healthy baby boy and not looking forward to getting pregnant again anytime soon ( a very long time) I'm having cramps off and on but no period anybody know why I could not be having my period ? And no I'm not breastfeeding , straight formula feeding
