Earlier today both of my legs and my left arm went numb, and I became kinda disoriented and dizzy like I was about to faint, could these be early pregnancy symptoms?  Me and my boyfriend had sex a week ago

Dizziness can be a sign of pregnancy but I'm not sure it would happen only a week after sex. Wait another week and take a test

No, honey, not so far as I know. Sounds more like a circulatory issue. ( which could be associated with pregnancy, but months into it, not a week). What were you doing just before the numbness? Are you still feeling it?
