leaking at night???

I breastfed my first for about a month and I had so many problems. One of the worst was losing so much milk at night and waking up soaked. Is there any advice or things I can try to save this time around. My daughter was a big baby and slept through the night fairly early, but I just couldn't produce enough during the day. Any help is appreciated.

You can use milkies! They're milk savers you put in your bra to catch leaking milk.

Wear nursing pads at night to help with the mess. Your supply levels out (knows how much your baby really needs) around 8-10 weeks. I haven't leaked much at all since then! At first I was soaked too. :) hope that helps.

Look up milkies. They're meant to catch letdown milk that usually gets wasted

I wake up 12am to pump 3am to nurse and pump 5/6am to pump and nurse only way I can help avoid leaking and soaking through my clothes

I used Bamboobies. They are reusable and really soft and absorbent. The disposable ones made me feel like I was wearing a maxi pad in my bra (that'd probably work in a pinch too!!) 😜

My sister just had a baby 7 weeks ago and was having this problem. She sets an alarm to pump every night or hand expresses milk if she doesn't need any.
