How much baby cereal should he eat?

Dr paper says tablespoon but everywhere we have looked says teaspoon....which one is correct??

My cereal box says table spoon and he does fine with it

I've used Earth's Best Organic Oatmeal cereal and did only one tablespoon mixed with breastmilk, once a day..every other day to start out. I still don't give it every day, but have increased to 2 or 3 tablespoons.
