Brown discharge?? What could it be?

I had dark brown discharge for two days it started on the oct 16 and ended on the oct 18 and it stopped.. I was had gotten three positives last month but had bled so i considered it a chemical pregnancy .. I had sex a day before that september 28 and my bf cummed in me multiple times.. Ive been very tired and light cramps on and off Any ideas?
