Miscarriage?

I was about 5 days late this period, having symptoms of pregnancy, and I got two positives on my pregnancy tests. But I took another one Sunday and it said negative. Then I started cramping and bleeding really badly. And it's bright red and kinda chunky like jelly. I'm still having mostly heavy bleeding. I looked up every thing online and it was about miscarriages. Could it be possible that I miscarried?
